The Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries (Foundation) believes that everyone, at every age, should be able to enjoy all the libraries have to offer. Whether a person is interested in adult literacy classes, baby sign language, or starting a business, the libraries are available to support everyone in their educational and creative endeavors with free, equal access to resources and programs.
