Library Day with the San Francisco Giants is back!

Support San Mateo County Libraries by purchasing a ticket or making a donation in support of the Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries.

$5 from every ticket sold supports the Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries.

Join in on More Game Day Fun!

Before the game, join San Mateo County Libraries in San Francisco’s China Basin Park to explore maker activities and the vibrant reading garden!

There will be fun activities including:

  • SF Giants-branded SMCL library cards
  • Baseball-themed SMCL swag
  • Maker activities and family fun
  • Cozy area to relax and browse books
  • Food trucks, live music and more!

No tickets are needed to join us at the community festival in China Basin Park! This is a free, public event. China Basin Park is a short walk from Oracle Park, just across McCovey Cove.

The San Francisco Giants-themed library cards will be available at all 13 SMCL community libraries and at the event. They’ll be available to both new and existing cardholders who want to swap out their card.
