zero waste chef

On Wednesday, April 21, 2021,
Anne-Marie Bonneau will join us to discuss her book, Zero Waste Chef in time for Earth Day.

In her decade of living with as little plastic, food waste, and stuff as possible, Anne-Marie Bonneau (Zero-Waste Chef), has learned that “zero-waste” is above all an intention, not a hard-and-fast rule. While one person eliminating all their waste is great, if thousands of people do 20% better it will have a much bigger impact on the planet. Bonneau will share simple fixes to ease you into wasting less and the recipes and strategies to turn them into more sustainable, money-saving cooks.

Proceeds of all book sales will benefit both Florey’s Books in Pacifica and the Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries. If you want to send to someone, please add their name and address in “additional information” while ordering below.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the event.
