Read and Raise 2022 Recap

three teams trying to make the finish line

Thank you for support the Read & Raise Challenge

Money raised will help support equitable access and resources at San Mateo County Libraries

Read and Raise 2022

For our annual board challenge, the board chose the theme Read and Raise! This allowed teams to choose themes based on what the library offers and highlight their theme throughout the campaign. You can check out any of the titles they read at smcl.org.

They raised over $16,500 with online gifts, checks sent in by mail, and corporate matching. If you forgot to support your favorite theme or board member, there is still time. Each team created a goal to raise $6,000.
